Motorcycle Taxi (motorcycles that can
be hired, with driver) is quick and convenient for short
distances, but not so safe. Motorcyclists always wear
red, blue or green vests.
Stop: Intercity bus station, in front of department
stores, groups of mortorcycle taxis on street side,
catching along rode side. Time: Service in day time, but in Phuket Town
and some major beaches you can find Motorcycle Taxis
24 hours. Rates: Approximate 10 - 30 baht for destination
within same area. For long distances, passengers can
negotiate with the motorcyclists.
